Scope and Contents
This series consists of audios, digital files, and photographic materials. The positives slides consist of examples used during presentations. Audio recording consists of Training and program recordings, including three tapes from a UCCE Cooperative Extension event in Madera (December 4, 1986), a recording from March 18, 1986, tractor safety training guides, and educational dialogues. The CD-Rs and Born-Digital Materials components consist of computer disks and Zip disks which cover presentations, research projects, conservation tillage, alfalfa, vineyards, weed identification, Fusarium, and Master Gardener programs. These files also include program materials from staff. Photographic Slides (1978–1986): Visual documentation of UCCE activities, including images of the Farm and Home Advisors Office in Madera County and crop damage. Together, these materials document training programs, agricultural research, outreach activities, and administrative functions, reflecting the Extension office’s role in supporting local agriculture and community education. This series is arranged into four subseries by format type.
