This series comprises the professional files of Jim Sullins, who served as the Livestock, Range, and Natural Resources Advisor in Tulare County. Beginning in July 1993, Sullins also held the position of UC ANR County Director while continuing his previous role. His work primarily focused on watershed management and the control of invasive species. The materials in this series reflect his research, administrative responsibilities, and extension activities.
